Unlocking Nokia 8390

Please could somebody help
I am using a auto switching f/mbus cable with star wars and jic unlocker.The phone goes into test mode but when i try to run jic unlocker it starts reading the phone and then comes up with an error message "Error reading original IMEI from the phone".Ihave tried using another program called Nokia dct4 tweak by techron but that program just gives an error saying "error phone does not answer.Am i doing something wrong? Please Help.

Tweak only work with M/bus cable. I used that to unlocked 10 8390s with no porblem.
