my qualcomm qcp 2760 from bell mobility canada is toasted,y just receive other qualcomm qcp 2760 used and this phone used with sprint pcs,i'm search procedure and software for transfert my phone service in my new phone.

requiert software name or cable schema for this model ?
if possible unsoldering chips ic and soldering chips ic in other phone ? unsoldering chips ic erase or not erase chips?
