s.o.s. please!

got 3310 that doesnt switch on, i have checked the battery but its ok. I plugged the charger & it does charged the battery & i plugged it to mbus cable then run rolis tool 1.8, then click the software reset button, surprisingly it turns on & it works normally but cant switch it off using its own switch. i checked the switch but its o.k. , i suspect that the culprit is ccont, i need your opinion guys, please help!

it could be the ccont but before you replace that, try replacing the user interface IC (the one that controlls the leds,vibra motor ect, as i have seen a few phones fixed this way
