Nokia 3650 Phone start up failed help please.

My phone crashed about two days now. When i turn it on it says Phone start up failed. Contact the retailer. Please tell me what can i do to get rid of this message and start to use back my phone normal or what can i do to restart it please. I cannot carry it to a nokia centre because first thing i am from jamaica and i got the phone instead of buying it. So please tell me wat to do and if is flash/upgrade the phone needs to be flash/upgrade can someone please send me the software and the firmware files that i will need to use to flash it or tell me where can i get them to download for free please. ...take out the battery, sim, memory card...then wait a couple
of minutes... return the battery, see if it boots and says "insert sim" if this happens, this is a good sign.. insert sim and see if boots normally...if it does this is indeed good, now try the memory card.....if it does not, there something wrong with the card and try to remember what was the last thing you installed or saved to the memory card....try to be more detailed....if (god forbid) you see "nokia" blink and flash 4 times this is bad......let us know what happens....nothing that a hard reset wont cure....

u cannot flash ur phone urself, unless u get the flashing equipment. u can flash ur phone at nokia ctrs.
