Locking to network

Hi,

I been looking and researching around and found lots about unlocking phones from networks..but cant seem to find out any info about locking phones to networks

say i unlock a phone from vodafone and then want to lock it back to vodafone...how would i go about doing that?

does anyone have the answer or kind enough to point me in the right direction.

BTW does any one know where i could get flashfiles for nokia 6230? - this is not really important..i just wanted to look at what the file looked like..i herd their was a flashfile i think of this phone which some one converted to hex, then to plain text and saw what was inside..i just wantted to try it.

ok, me again.

i searched and saw some where that typing *pw+...... instead of #pw+ relocks the phone to a network? is this true?

plus, that hex to plain text thing is true. with some comptooter now how you can get plain text from parts of the flash file for that phone atleast.

re-locking is very simlpe, but you need an F\Mbus cable, which I'm assuming you don't have!? Why would you want to re-lock it anyway?
