I can't get my GD75 unlocked. Software Opens. When I press unlock instructions say "power on phone"'. I soft press phone but software is not reading phone. Phone comes on and I receive some sort of flash error response.

I think the default setting for the software program is for GD35. Do I have to change the settings(log bin file,computer speed ect) for the GD75 because software is not auto-detecting the phone model.
