Belkin Smartbeam?

Does anyone use the Belkin Smartbeam IR adaptor? I bought it, managed to connect my phone once and then its never connected since. Even when it was connected, PCSuite never registered as connected. I got it with a floppy disk too. I'm running WinXP.... is there something i should do to make it work?I've been trying and trying to no avail... any help would be seriously appreciated.

Tried the Belkin myself and couldn't even get ONE connection!!!!!
Purchased an infra red from Carphone Warehouse (40 quid!) which works fine - though can be a bit of a pain to install on the pc - just be patient. It doesn't have the software for the 7650, but whatever is missing off there is on the 7650 disc. Just follow the installation instructions VERY carefully!!
