Have I unlocked my 7600 wrong?

I unlocked my phone from threepay about a month and a bit ago, so I have now have no credit left on that sim card switched over to my O2 card tried to make a call and it simply says "Call not Allowed". I can recieve calls and send sms I can also use my GPRS. It is only outgoing calls i cannot make, any tips. Thanks.

sounds like it is blocked by O2, did you buy it 2nd hand ??

could have been reported stolen/lost

nope simcard came with my old phone which was brought new and phone came from amazon originally on 3

probably needs the factory reset done, if you look in the 7600 faq's I have done a full post about doing this yourself with a serail data cable from phantomgsm....then lock the phone to the 2g (gsm) network
