7250i on Orange Uk didnt unlock

Hello, tried the online unlock code calculator for my 7250i on Orange UK and the code i put in didnt work....bit worried about pluging in loads of serials and then getting the phone permanently blocked so thought i would seek advice here......

The only part of the online unblocking bit i didnt understand was what to put in the 'GEN' drop down box......could this be why?

GEN should be set to V2,

ASIC2 type phone

use code 7, if that still does not do it then code 5 (orange sometimes close this)

tried 7 then 5 and still getting code error.....1 more attempt left so i suppose i will give up on that!
