be more clear for your question...

if you want to change the language which contain in your phone, you need a flash cable and a mbus cable. First you need to find out which language pack (PPM) contain the language you want, and then download and flah this PPM into your phone,.

Now connect your phone with mbus cable, run nokiatools by rolis to update FAID.

don't just ask for what you want ,some time read though the forums and old post you can learn many thing ,don't think to get short cut.all the question already been asked 1000 times.
