You need some more than just a soft...

First, you need a clean Flash, which you can download from another nokia 1100 already unlocked (be careful with 1100 a and 1100b, each of them have diferent files). Second, you need a box. Griffin, Prodigy, and there are others. Which cost between 100 and 200 euros, which I think is too much for just one phone. When you buy the box, it comes with the appropiate cables and software, as long with the files for a lot of handsets (usually including 1100 files).

But I would say.. take it to a shop, and leave the work to professionals. It will cost you lot less, and will also bother you less.
