    3410 - Contact Service

    I'm a newbie and have been trying Chunkhead's guide to Contact Service to fix a 3410

    When I connect it up using an Mbus cable and run Eeprom Tools v4.0 I get "Can't read the PPM Version" when I try to read the phone info.

    Anyone got any ideas?
