just check the UI setting and SCM using nokia tools by jordik or rolis and update faid. It will solve the resetting and isert simcard problem.

    hi gabiz

Try to clean the cable contacts of your 3210 PCB board first and change battery(fully charge) when flashing phones coz usually Tx=1 or Tx=0 low or check tx is aprox 2.8Volts, it is a battery problem. 3210 cables are like self powered because of BTEMP pin, notice when you flash it automatically flash it to your phone without pressing the power button or using charger to your phone. It is done by the BTEMP pin of your 3210 cable which makes it self powered. Use Rolis Flasher or Knok programs both are powerful.

    Hi gabiz

You said it locks itself 2-3 hours and says insert correct sim card, software IMEI update FAID and SP locks won't work that way. Its COBBA Faulty or change cobba IC. That if the PCB board of your 3210 is not open due to drop unit or something. Drop unit may cause severe damage of the PCB due of hitting hard and led to open boards which is irrepairable. Check if the board are having cracks of itself or bend and use a microscope.
