You need expensive equiptment or a "Motorola V clip gold" which will unlock your phone. This equiptment is too expensive for just one phone so I would recommend you take it to someone with the expensive equiptment and pay them a small fee.

Also, this thread should be in the motorola section on in the Nokia DCT4, try and post in the right section so people can answer your questions easier.

It's a matter of trust , If you are in USA send it to me i'll unlock it for free, i have done this for quite a few people.
You just have to pay for piority mail bothway which cost total about $8.
