Cloning Sim Cards From Different Networks

Hi,

Can i clone Sim Cards from different Networks?, Here in Nigeria, i have MTN and Globacom, can i clone Sim Cards from these networks into one card?.

How will the calls be recieved?, do i have to switch to the Networks myself or will the number being called automatically recieve the call?.

Yeah,
I guess it can work in Nigeria.
Actually somewhere in Calabar I saw a layer from a near-by town with a clone sim having both Vee-mobile and MTN. She just loads any scratch card she desires and it get updated automatically, and she receives calls from either of the next works.
