which phone?

Hi,
Ive been reading reviews and features lists for the last few days now as i need a new phone. The days of my Nokia 8210 are over.

I havnt been able to find a phone with the features i would like:
-Direct Connection for external aerial (I have poor signal indoors at home)
-Syncronise with MS Outlook (To Do list and Calendar)
-Camera (Decent quality)

-I also like the idea of being able to store and play mp3s, but from my research most phones dont handle this to well.

What would you suggest

symbian phones are good phones

(6600, 6630, ngage, 6680 etc)
