Entering A-Key in Startac?

I have seen some models of the Startac out there where a-key can be entered manualy. Unfortunately mine doesnt. CDMA dual band startac. need to enter the akey on my phone.
1. is there a flex that opens or adds this feature in the menu?
2. is there software that allows me to enter the a-key on the phone?
