    symbian and universal sim holder

i have purchased a universal sim card holder

chopped up my sim cards and stuck them in my 6630
when i turn the handset on it picks up one of my simcards

the instructions tell me to type #3370# which i know on nokias is the deactivate EFR code

but this code seams to be for the s40 format nokia and isnt working on my 6630, also tested on 3650 and n-gage but works in a 6230, the only way i can actually get the phone to change sim cards is to physically switch around sim cards in the adapter, any ideas from any one?

    many thanks

when i had my 3330 i had a dual sim holder, if i switched my fone off then on, the second sim would activate, and when i switch my fone off and on agian it would go to the first sim.

there maybe on out for the 6630

    try ebay

i bought it from ebay, the bloke i bought it off didnt have a clue, hadnt come across this with a nokia before, got it working if i leave it for about 5seconds after turning off it does switch sim card, happy with that as its far easier than switching sim cards manually, but i would be greatful if anyone knew of a code which could switch it over

    many thanks
