Hi, i cant seem to unlock my sis 3200, its on virgin uk, i keep getting cannot undo restriction!

I take it you have only tryed unlocking it by code, you will probily have to get it done by direct unlock, done by clip or computer.
Try going to a market, most have people there that unlock phones!
