Unlocking israel 3100

Hi,

i've had 4 tries up till now with my phone, i'm on the last one so this is super delicate.

i've tried using the automatic calculator, and just now i've understood where my mistake was, but this is a super delicate situation to get stuck in.

i've got this :

Phone : Nokia 3100
IMEI : (blocked)
COUNTRY/Provider : Israel : Cellcom

in the automatic calculator, i've gotten up to this calculation now , tell me if it's the correct setting and pick :

Imei : Entered without spaces or dashes etc...
Network : Israel - Cellcom
Gen : V2 (picked now)
Nokia Model : 3100

are these the correct settings for the pick ?

after calculating i NOW know i need to pick the 7th calculated option since i'm not in the usa
are these options / calculation positive ?
if they are i'll take the chance.

when unlocking Nokia 3100's i have always used direct unlock as they never go though properly using codes, there are loads of places doing unlocking, best bet is to pop it into your local phone shop. because you only get 5 shots at unlocking nokias by code and you have used 4 up already.
