"unauthorized sim" message on 3650

Hi all, I am getting a "unauthorized sim" message on my unlocked 3650 when I insert my new Cingular sim. What do I do now? I switched from an AT&T account to Cingular thinking I could just swap sims but keep getting this message when I try.

Now, I am not that bright but are you sure it is unlocked. I, much like yourself, switched from ATT to cingular when I upgraded my phones and plan. I kept my 3650 for my girlfriend to use and unlocked it via unlock calculator (thank you very much nokiafree) and have not had any problems.

When I first put my cingular sim in the phone it showed me the same message. So this is why I don't think it is unlocked. Hope it works out for you.
