6210 hardware problem?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what to do when trying to flash a 6210

Rolis flasher says the phone has bad ram;
Knok says cannot prepare phone;

If Rolis is right then i understand the phone i dead. (or is it?)
If Knok is saying it isnt the ram, then can i bring it back to life?

before you flash is't your phone is ok, i mine is no any problem? if ok then check is the bateray is low? and the connector if not work try close the prog and open again or try reboot the computer and the last try the other phones if can't yah you must service the hardware

The phone just wont flash at all, i tried a different battery.
My friend gave me thus phone because it stopped working.
And i used to have on myself which i kept the flash file from mine.
I was hopeing it just needed to be flashed, but it wont let me flash, because of the ram, or preparing phone.

I think is mad problem or the wiring problem from connector way to mad if you dare desolder the mad and check it up
