this error is almost always caused by a faulty or dry jointed Flash IC, but you say you have changed ALL the Flash ICs?? maybe they werent placed down properly? or that one is still faulty? maybe a pad was lifted from the PCB during removal? or liquid damage has corroded a track from the Flash IC area? GOOD LUCK!!

I agree with Electrophoretic. You can see in your results that the last chip isn't being read properly. I have had this a lot with water damaged or dust and dirt filled phones. Make sure you reflow all the IC's, preferrably with a No Clean liquid flux, and give the flux about 10 mins to dry (if you don't the flux will short the chips when power is supplied). You could use normal liquid flux but you will need to give the board a bath in isopropyl alcahol for about 5 mins maximum after reflowing.

Thats what i would do anyways.

    Hope this helps.

    Chris.

    Exclamation

you got one hell of a prob there mate. . try to rebolt the solder on the last chip . . mod is right maybe the flash ic hasnt seated properly to the board . . and try to flash the full erase files on certain flash ic's . . then try to do full flash wih disabled blutooth flashing .. ive tried it on some water damage phones 90% working but some probs on blutooth . .anyway the important is you can use you damge phone . .am i right ?
