hi i have a 6230i that is blocked, not locked on a network its on all networks but blocked like when a phone is robbed.I understand i can unlock my phone with a cable?,but i dont have any software in order to do so.Anyone know of any?

No... a blocked, or barred phone is blocked through its imei, so the only solution is changing the imei. Since the imei is stored in an integrated circuit inside the phone, it is a hard -and expensive, and illegal- task. There is an imei changer that "patched" UEM (the IC in question)... but no one has tested it before.

Your best bet is to sell the phone overseas and buy a new one.

Some people at ma town centre unblock phones,but i wanted to see if i could do it myself.Guess i will have to pay.

i have patched a 6310i but it only works for V7.00 and if you flash it afterwards then it reverts to the original IMEI, but it works 100% perfect... just make sure you use an IMEI from a dead phone
