Unlock Nokia 6340i

Just wondering if anyone knows how to unlock a Nokia 6340i, RH-13, provider cingular.
This phone is listed as a TDMA under FAQS. However, this phone operates on GSM 850/1900 Mhz, TDMA 800/1900 Mhz, and AMPS 800 Mhz. So it is also a GSM compatable phone.
Will either the DCT4 or DCT3 calculators work for this phone? And if so what imputs would most likely work?
