Phone restarts even when shutdown

Hi I use the D:Virus GSM modded File version 2.00 and 2.09.
I am facing a funny problem.the phone restarts even when I shut it down.The only way I can turn it off is pull off the battery completely.I followed the guides on this website by chunkhead regarding flashing.I still cannot make the phone switch off and stay that way without pulling out the battery.

Can someone help me out.I'd really appreciate your help.I love the Modded file.the only problem is this

Strange.

I am not sure why this would happen.
Does this happen straight away or do you use the phone for a while before you try to switch off ?

HI DVirus Thanks for responding back.I have no problem as long as the phone is on.It works perfectly.The problem starts when I press the power button and select shutdown.the phone stays shut for a second or two then switches back on.

The mod flash you have made is absolutely superb.Congrats.I would really appreciate your help in fixing that one problem.Please help me with that
