    phone switched off

    I was listening to the radio on my 8310 and when I tried to save another channel the phone just switched off and now I can not switch it on.It only shows the lights but will switch off immediately

    Phone needs to be formatted. If that doesnt work then a full software reflash will be needed. Both will require a cable because the phone is having trouble booting up.
