Changing the charger's plug piece?

Hi,
I just want to know If nokia charger's plugin/out piece is Replaceable
It all started when I changed my battery... I kept the new battery charging for almost 5 hours? and It was done.... When I played with my nokia for about 30 minutes... Said: battery low!!!!!!!!
Since then my nokia keeps charging for about 7 hours ... maybe more!!
And sumtimes when It finishes charging, I plug It out of the charger and It says battery low ... and when I get It back to the charger It says battery full!!

Does any1 know wth Is going on ??

the battery could be youre problem.try with a known good battery and see what's happening
