3210 with contact service

Hey guys, I got 3210 with the contact service fault. I tried to reflash it but did not work. I did the test on it with eeprom tools and it says: " CCONT faulty" or something like that. Do you think that it has to be replaced or just reballing should be enough ?? And another question. Is it possible to "flash" eeprom on 3210 ??? If yes, how?

Never mind, cause the phone is fixed already and works OK.
