nokia n73 problem- help me

Dear Friends,
I have a nkia n73 mobile china make. i encounter a problem is when i recieve a call all the buttons in my mobile is hanged. so i can't recieve any call. when i have connected through head phone the automatic answer is working. i try to reset the factory settings. the default code 12345 is not working. please can any one help me to solve this problem. thank u for advance..
