flash it with full backup 200 to 400 and repair by nk_calc,rolis 1.5b,eeprom tools 3.0...choose one......

flash it.....and use F1,F2.F3 functions....thats all.........

Or just try eeprom tools by b-phraeks 3.0

just use a partial flash file and the locks are gone.

if it is a dutch phone from telfort you will need a special partial flash file.
