7110 phon book problem

there is a big problem in my 7110 v_5.01.
when i go to phone book and search any name it says
(Invalid Selection) .
i tried to flash with full flash & forced download with dls & ddp.
what can i do ? can u help me !

if u know how to use a flasher, what u can do is flash a good eerpom... but your phonebook will be gone.

try using oxygen or any other sw that can still retrieve some valid phone entries. b4 flashing.

if not do backup your eeprom and maybe we could still recover some valid name n telephones.

it cannot be repair by just reseting. or using factory reset. i tried b4. but try it maybe it might work.

A safer and easier way is *#7370# with sim inside.
