How can I upgrade my 511 to 512?

Write a new flash in phone any flash from 512
patch your original .teh in phone

I backup my phone's teh(8K),then I flashed an older flash (version 10d) then I flash the teh. The phone was dead! finally ,I had to flash the backup flash file to get the phone works.

I can not find a full flash file for my phone. Can you send me one?
I use "Alcatel by 1.7 Henrich "(downloaded here) to do the job. And my phone is an complex language one(BF4M).

sorry, but u can;t clone a 511 to 512.
different hardware
but u can upgrade to another version of 511 - the last one is 10D KI229

I know that 511 hardware version is BF4M and 512 hardware vesion is BF4L . But I had thought they are the same.
My 511's software version is 10E-KI22A. I tried to downgrade it to 10D-KI229, but failed. I haven't tried to flash a 512 flash file to it yet. If I get a 512 flash file , I will try it!
