    Thumbs down 3310 unable to read - Bootstrap???

    Ok need help please guys,

    i have a nokia 3310 not able to switch on, ive wiped the pcb with a little methelated spirit as it seemed a bit greeny - (u know when moisture gets in) but no luck still doesnt switch on but when i go to read it in Rolis 486b it says

    NHM-5 phone not put TX line low for bootstrap begin...

    Ok so what this mean??

    Which hardware thingy is at fault?

    can you charge the phone??or tried with a service battery?

    no it doesnt charge mate

    service battery? never heard of such thing

    either way ive tried the battery and another and it works fine but when using rolis it notices that the fone has switched on yet cant read and gives the error:

    NHM-5 phone not put TX line low for bootstrap begin...
