Help with a lock 2 !!n plz!

Ive recently purchased a nokia 8290 "unlocked" from ebay. I got it and it ended up not being locked. It was unlocked originally but cingular locked it. I have unlocked lock 1 and 4 i have tried number 2 but i dont think i have the right GID1 code for cingular. I have 1FFF but when i put it in the calculator it gives me a wrong code cause the phone displays "code not allowed". Any ideas? the phone displays "SIM card not allowed." Help ppls help!!!
