Nokia 5125 nc-1 v7.0 programming and SOC lock

Hi, I'm new in this forum and I've been try to remove a subsidy lock from a Nokia 5125 (NSC-1 v. 07.00) I've tried using Nokiasoc2. I did a read on the locks and it tells me that there is a programming lock and SOC lock. If anyone knows how to remove these locks please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I actually tried that, but the locks still seem to be there. I have kept playing with it, and now I have copied the eeprom from another phone. The phone became unlocked, however it had the wrong ESN. So I used a hex editor to modify the Eeprom and changed the ESN manually. Now the phone appears to be ok, but it will not allow calls out. I figure if I update the software, it might be ok. Once I get the equipement and software I will try that. And I will post my results. If anyone has any thoughts please let me know.
