d500 + d600 CB shortcut ?

I have had a d500 and d600 passed to me which has for some reason changed its shortcut on the screen from contacts to CB and i get local area phone codes one the screen this is driving us mad . Does anyone know how to get rid of it .. changing it back to contacts again works but then changes itself to CB again Helllllllp
