d500 broken ????

Hi guys new on this site so hello everyone.
I have a d500 that i got off a mate who upgraded to the d600 the problem is the phone will not switch on (d500) all it does is go on to the first screen sating sgh-d500 then goes off after a couple of seconds, can anyone help please thx.

hi and welcome, firstly leave the battery off the phone for about 20 mins, if that doesnt work try another battery (worked for me once before).
if all fails then it is flash time im affraid
