keypad 4,7,*,c nokia 3310 failure

i have nokia 3310 and keypad 4,7,*, and c not fuctional again...please people help me,,,!!
if nokia 8210 i knw this solution but for nokia 3310 i don't know.
nufast..mber 4 (in circle or out circle ? jumper to....)

first check the line between the keypad with r414 & r415
if not ok then make ajumper
if connected then chang them
please send result

sounds like water damage to me .... suggest u take the pcb out and pour methylated spirits on it then leave to dry ....... this usually clears it !
