Soo, tell me some of your own experiences with those compressing programs like smartcompress, zipman, space doubler and so on.

I want to know what is the best, and what to use.
Are any of those automatic, so that it would compress files when they are not in use and decompress when used, or something =)

So tell me what are you using and why?
