James Bond Trick on 5210

Hi guys.

i was browsing through mobile.box.sk site and came across this trick for 6110 phones:

The James Bond Trick
If you short-circuit theleft middle and right pins on the bottom of the phone with all connections touching each other, the Nokia software hangs! The profile "Headset" will be activated. Before you do this just activate the "Automatic Answer" in the headset profile and set the ringing volume to "Mute". Now you can use your phone for checking out what people are talking about in a room. Just place it under a table in a room and call it. The phone receives the call without ringing and you can listen to what people are saying.

Does anyone know how to do this on 5210 phones?
which connections does one have to short out to get that Headset menue?

it doesn't work with 5210.

this one was for 6110, which has 9 pins in bottom.

just use copperwire and short 3,6,9 counting from left, keypad in top.

for other phones, connect hf and set automatic answer on.
i'm not sure if automatic answer works, or me it has never worked, but you can try it. and put phone in silent mode.

i´m sure it must work on 5210 and any other phones which have handsfree set with 2,5 mm connector!!

just connect HF-Set, set phone to SILENT and set auto call answer to ON!!

don´t have tested it,but if U think logic, it must work,mustn´t it?*gg* (LiteFun also think so )

yup! HANDYCRACKER2k2 is correct! it works with a handsfree set.
anyone can become a James Bond!

yep. and there's no need to buy expensive spy-phone..
just take eg. old 3210, and leave it to your friends house.
then call that phone and listen what your friend is doing

What i realy wanted to know is what pins on 5210 to short out to get that "HEADSET" menue (the menue where u can set auto answer on) ???

i ´ve tried to shortcut the pins and i also get HEADSET active, BUT....

then the phone switches MIC AND SPK to the headset connector on bottom, and then internal MIC don´t work, so it´s impossible to use it as JAMES BOND PHONE!!*g*

only solution is to connect a HF set or build a small connector with an mic from an old HF set!!otherwise it don´t work!!
