3310 and 3330 problems

Got a couple of problems for you to set your minds on.
First is a 3310, SW Version 5.45. When attempting to unlock it, rolis 4.78 and 5.14 both complain that the software version is not supported.

Second is a 3330, attempting unlock and subsequent reflash, nok tool 1.8 doesnt recognise the phone as connected while other programs like logomanager do.

Any help with both would be much appreciated.

hmmmm if ur using an mbus cable for rolis or course it wont work and for sure it wont recognize it

try using knok in unlocking it, goodluck

Hello I'm not sure but if you set logomanager to use mbus cable maybe are some imperfect conections at tx rx rolis needs tx rx mbus and gnd and logomanager only mbus and gnd.That can explain why you received some errors with other program.Try to clean contact on cable and phone and try one program with tx rx comunications and after that with mbus if both work that means conection is ok .if not maybe some hardware problem on tx rx.Good luck.
