ringtone problem

I have added 23 ringtones and delete all old ringtone on my 3310 v5.57 using ppmedit software..When i'm playing them,sounds great got no problem.But when when i try to call my phone, it lights on but there's no sound but only a few of them i tried get ringing sound. anybody can explain to me why this happen...and how do i solve this problem....tq

hey m8 just reindex ur ringtone files u must have some same index somewhere
