where to get a flasher cable?

hey i live in aus
and i was wondering i this cable would be able to upgrade my 8210 to 8250.

Hiya,
To upgrade phone software you need a flasher cable neither m/f-bus can upgrade your software ! sorry ! I should be getting some sets of flasher cables through soon, I'll let you know if I do !
