help on 3650 probs

I installed a couple of apps to my friends phone which is a 3650. I was having troubles...
Webviewer 2.0 = doesnt work
goboy 1.1 = alerts a message that it is not compatible
mgs games = installed the mgs emulator perfectly. What i want to know is how to install the games into the MMC. it asks me where to install the game so i chose MMC, but after the installation. there is no game in the MGS.

cant remember the other probs, ill post them soon once my memory is refreshed. could anybody help me... what shoud i do?

Another thing is, i installed camera fx 1.1
it installed without any problems.
Problem is, i cant take pictures bcoz the phone is always out of memory. Even though it is the only app that is open. Or even if it came from a fresh boot. I installed taskman to see the free memory, it is always lower than 2MB. even if i restart or close all the task. what can i do?

i'm not sure that u can install games and apps in the mmc card..i've read somewhere it's for video and some other stuff only..in other words..it sucks

How bout for goboy 1.1? Do u get any problem after u installed it? Coz from what i can see, the games can be placed in the MMC.

ok: 1st problem re MGS
i installed MGS on MMC and some games on phone mem (because the phone doesnt ask where u want, it automatically installs it on the phone) - works perfectly...

other probs ill reply in a while...

ok here goes my observation:

1) there are some games u cant place on the MMC (doesnt offer u a choice where to place)
2) most games that gives an error (when installed in the MMC) can MOST PROBABLY run when installed in phone memory.
3)u cant move an image from folder to folder (use a file browser)
4) same goes for ringing tones (i dunno for video, havent tested)
5) the video is NOT unlimited and it doesnt record sound

ADVICE:
1) for Nokia MMC (comes with the package): DO NOT put a password, it will destroy the MMC, lots of buyers have been complaining that the MMC doesnt work anymore once they put in a password. If u want more info, try it, but dont blame me.
2) format ur MMC first before using it

i will post more when i find out new things. in the meantime, other 3650 users, please share ur insights. I STAND CORRECTED, so if i give wrong info, please corrrect me. these are just personal observations (i cant explore deeper cause my manual is written in chinese).

okay , i have no time today but i think i need to give u some advice on 3650, before everything else you do, set all settings for everything e.g. messages,vidoes,images etc. to use the MMC not the phone memory. this is very important specially if your downloading to inbox. if you set your message memory to use the mmc everything you download should be in the mmc and not to phone memory. Advice- look carefully for the setting to use memory , some of these are very hard to find or not obvious.
Buchikin i think its better that you bought 128 mb, this is where the fun begins hehe.

Goboy working properly to me. games on mmc, mgs working properly to and pls follow my advice. find it almost everything can use the mmc. Caution very tricky.

another ADVISE for new 3650 users from 7650.
worried about losing contacts? dont worry, backup ur 7650, then when u get ur 3650, make another backup then copy the CONTACTS.CDB of ur 7650 to the folder of ur 3650 (in ur PC) then restore ur 3650! simple as pie! got problems though, voice tags causes errors, but just remove all ur voice tags then record again and it will be back to normal.

ya there are a lot of games and apps that are not working on the MMC. so the 3650 is just good in saving your files...
i thought we could install apps on the MMC. what a shame...

well some apps is better than no apps at all... hehe! at least u can also store other things like videos, mp3s and images. and besides, 3650 is a fon, not a PC.
