PUK codes

Heya,
I was just wondering, my friend put the wrong pin code into my phone and now the PUK code comes up, and my SIM card is blocked. I rang my provider and they said to find my security code, but I cant find it. Is their some way of reseting my SIM card without loosing any stored information, and my credit?
I would really appreciate if anybody new how to fix the PUK code.

well this is the wrong forum for this but anyway. If you enter the security code wrong a certain number of times it asks for the puk. If you enter the puk wrong a certain number of times it locks the simcard forever.

You dont need your security code to get the puck from the company, after all you forgot it. What I would do is go to the providers store and explain what happened. Unless the phone is stolen, or prepaid (and you didnt enter any identifying details) then they can help.
