I have an 8210 and goes off after a few seconds, during the conversation.
I had flashed to it :
1. Virgin eeprom
2. MCU+PPM new fls
but the problem still goes on.
Do you think it could be a hard-ware problem?

yeah it is
first check battery and battery contacts. if it still happens you'll need to find someone with a bit of experience to help you out as its either the power amp, ccont IC or one of two capacitors at fault. to fix it you need to rework or replace those components (after finding which is at fault...) with some specialist equiptment that isn't so easy to use as a flasher cable
check the battery first though
@pico
Thanks for the answer.
A friend of mine is good in hard-ware operations, these days i will let him check the phone.
try to change your battery first. or use your battery to other phone to check if still good.
Dear friend pico,
My friend had a look on the phone.
Battery is ok, so we have to see the electronic parts.
In order to avoid any mistake, since it is my phone, can you mark on the attached scematic the parts that might be damaged.
I hope you have time to do that.
Thanks anyway
