8210 Datacable

Just got an 8210 data cable! Looks very strange compared to the others Can anyone explain how u use it to unlock as it where the battery goes etc.? I do realise u have to connect it to the pc. Just wondering cause I think I saw a pic somewhere that showed the battery of the phone in a weird position. Any one have any pics?

Hi Ive got 2 different types of 8210 connector, one goes in under battery like the 3310 lead, the other u reverse the batterry and fit into connector, put conector in like battery and off u go, hope this helps,

Thanx for that info man. From how u describe the cable you have, I would say I have the second one, the one where u put the battery into it then clip it onto the side of the phone or soemthing like that. My one doesn't look like it slips under the battery. I haven't unlocked an 8210 yet with it but I hope too soon! Can u unlock the 5210 with this cable as well?
