what u mean? if u mean the imei is blacklisted (barred) and u want 2 change the imei number you cant well atm anyway unless u change the chip and i aint even goin into explain that.

If your phone is displaying the imei as ???????????????????????then it nees an IMEI rebuild.

Take it to your neares dodgy phone shop and ask for an imei rebuild. If they wont do it, go somewhere elce.
