I need solution for unlocking V60 phone a heard that it can be doing with partial flashing ( FLEX file option) and USB data cable not with COM1 data cabal and MAX232.

Flash it with a certain flash file after setting up the USB drivers, the use a certain flex file, then set the IMEI using PST_Imei.
